Manufacturer Yokohama has announced that the company will supply its Geolandar X-CV tires to OEM Toyota as the original equipment for the latest Lexus LX SUV.
Designed as a highway terrain tire for high-performance SUVs, the Geolandar X-CV has been developed to deliver maneuverability and high-speed performance characteristics.
The tire maker is expanding its line-up of Geolandar tires as the demand from the SUV market continues to grow.yokohama says the tire has been finely tuned to meet the Lexus LX’s high-performance standards, and benefits from a lower rolling resistance.additionally, the tire provides the vehicle with steering stability and a high level of comfort when used on uneven surfaces.
Depending on the model, the Lexus LX will be fitted with size 265/55R20 and 265/50R22 tires.
