THM recycling solutions, a subsidiary of Maschinenbau Ehehalt, has introduced its latest line of granulators, the PG Power Granulator series, designed to efficiently reduce the size of metal, plastic and cable scrap. These modern granulators replace THM’s ZM machine series, which shed various materials.
The PG Power Granulators feature enhancements aimed at simplifying maintenance and operation while improving throughput performance. The granulators utilize four sieve segments instead of a single, heavy standard sieve, allowing for easier replacement and optimized maintenance costs. Additionally, the inclusion of a hydraulically swiveling sieve basket eliminates the need for complex assembly and disassembly processes during maintenance. The granulators also have a larger inlet opening to accommodate more material, for an improved throughput performance.
