Over the next five years, Michelin plans to invest over US$100m to expand its capacity to produce tracks for agricultural equipment at its Junction City facility in Kansas.
The multi-million-dollar investment – made as part of Michelin’s global growth strategy – will be used to increase the manufacturing output of Camso-branded agricultural rubber tracks to respond to market changes in the aftermarket and original equipment sectors. Camso is a Michelin Group brand that produces off-road tires, rubber tracks and systems for a multitude of specialist industries.
