EnglishContinental to supply New Holland with agricultural tires
Certain models of New Holland tractors will now be fitted with TractorMaster and VF TractorMaster tires from Continental.
The products will be part of the tire range for the New Holland T5, T6 and T7 tractor series. New Holland’s tractors series will also be equipped with other sizes of Continental tires to meet growing customer requirements. The tire portfolio ranges will cover tires up to a width of 710mm and a rim diameter of 42in.
Continental will supply New Holland tractors with the following tire combinations, VF 710/60R42 NRO – VF 600/60R30 NRO; 710/70R38 – 600/65R28; 650/75R38 – 600/65R28; 650/65R42 – 540/65R30; 650/65R38 – 540/65R28 and 600/65R38 – 480/65R28.
“The cooperation underlines Continental’s growth ambitions in the agricultural sector,” said Jens Mund, key account manager, agricultural tire original equipment, Continental Commercial Specialty Tires. “The approval of Continental tires for New Holland T5, T6 and T7 tractors completes the supply to all brands within CNH Industrial group.”
